Each order is unique to each customer so decorated items have no re-sale value, therefore all decorated sales are final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify us within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. Hard good orders that have not been used can be returned with your receipt for a refund, without a receipt we can offer store credit.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors by customers in the printing process.

Yes, we always have offers we believe our customers may be interested in. These offers will announced on Facebook or our homepage.

The larger the file the better. Enlarging an image can degrade the image quality. We review all images before we print an order to ensure the highest quality results.

We are able to print from most image file types, including jpg, jpeg, tiff, cdr, ai. If you are not sure, email us at info@allensports.com to confirm your file type.

Our normal turnaround time is 10 business days from the day the order is placed or artwork is approved.. We can accommodate rush orders for an additional charge.

12 piece minimum for screen printing, 6 pieces minimum for embroidery. Custom uniform minimums vary depending on manufacturer.

Absolutely, as long as the design being printed and the ink colors are the same for all the garments within your order you can mix and match as much as you like.

Samples may be available upon request.

Usually 1-2 business days prior to printing your order you will receive an electronic proof. This proof will show you ink colors, image sizes, and general placement. We will not begin production on your order until we have approval.

We have access to virtually every apparel brand. If you want a specific brand, just e-mail us or call for a quote.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks, money orders and of course cash. A 50% deposit is due at the time of order and the balance is due upon delivery.
